PowerPoints and audios of all the training material that you can download and save on your computer to review over and over again.

What You’ll Learn

Class #1 – Web-based Email, Telephone, Fax (1.5 Hours)

A telephone program you can use for your business that is local or toll free. Your calls can be answered or directed to virtual extensions by a professional auto-receptionist giving your business the professional image needed to succeed.

Which web-based email, online calendaring tool, and collaborative tool to use to
share documents (Google Apps: email, google docs) and other tools to manage your business.

A web-based fax program that is easy-to-use and accessible from anywhere at any time as long as you have internet access.

Class #2 – Other Business Systems (1.5 Hours)

A overview of myclientspot a web-based project management tool that allows you to keep all of your projects, task management, team collaboration, time tracking, reporting all in one central location.

A password saving and form filler tool (Robo Form) giving you the peace of mind and security of never forgetting you or your client passwords and the ability to save time filling out repetitive forms.

A CRM software that is easy to use, and will help you keep up with who’s who in your business and prespective clients.
